Shipping Policy

For regular orders please allow 3-5 days to process.

For large orders please allow 5-7 days to process.

For custom orders please allow 2 weeks to process.
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Our return/exchange policy is 21 days. If 21 days has passed since your purchase, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be: unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, any tags still attached, and order number.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email letting you know if your return has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

You will receive a partial refund if any item is not in its original condition, including damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving to make sure no item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If there is something wrong, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
