Shipping Policy 

  • For regular orders please allow 3-5 days to process. 

  • For large orders please allow 5-7 days to process. 

  • For custom orders please allow 2 weeks to process.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

  • Our return/exchange policy is 21 days. If 21 days has passed since your purchase, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be: unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, any tags still attached, and order number.

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email letting you know if your return has been approved or rejected. 

    • If you are approved, then we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 

    • You will receive a partial refund if any item is not in its original condition, including damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues 

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving to make sure no item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

  • If there is something wrong, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
